We have active operations across the European Union, the Gulf states, North Africa, Southeast Asia and the Americas. If your target market is not on the list, we assess it with a feasibility study.
It varies by product group. In food and chemicals we generally work on a container basis, while in e-commerce and consultancy we work on a project basis. With the consolidated shipment option we can also combine smaller volumes.
We share pricing within 24 hours for standard products, and within 3–5 business days for custom formulations or multi-item requests.
We work with letters of credit (L/C), documents against payment (D/P) and open account. For first transactions, a letter of credit or advance payment is generally preferred.
We provide the certificate of analysis, certificate of origin, health certificate, MSDS and, where required, third-party inspection reports together with the shipment file.
